Who can live at The Glenbrook?
The Glenbrook is designed for retirees who want to live independently and elegantly in their senior years, with the reassurance of care and support when it’s needed. Living at The Glenbrook lets you enjoy all the normal aspects of living in your home, without the responsibility of home and garden maintenance.
Are visitors allowed?
Yes, of course. Family and friends are welcome to visit you, in your apartment or enjoying our lounge and dining facilities. Overnight guests are also welcome.
Are pets allowed?
We welcome pets. However, we need to ensure that other residents will not be disturbed by inappropriate pets, therefore the decision is at the discretion of the Resident Services Manager.
Is an emergency call system in place?
Yes. Every apartment has an emergency call system for added security and peace of mind. Calls are answered by our on-site staff who are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
How do I secure an apartment at The Glenbrook?
First, talk to our Senior Living Consultants, who will provide details about the process. A Registration of Interest form and fully refundable holding deposit will hold your selected apartment while you have a chance to review the Resident Documentation. Call us on 08 8334 4088 for further details.
Is stamp duty payable?
No. Compared to a typical residential property purchase or community title, this gives you a considerable saving.
